Property The Property Committee of First Presbyterian Church is responsible for the maintenance of the physical plant of the church. The committee duties include the following: Boiler maintenance, kitchen maintenance, painting, cleaning, landscaping, lawn maintenance, snow removal of sidewalks and parking lot, obtaining bids on renovations to the church, organ maintenance and conducting an annual church inspection. The committee also oversees the custodial staff, the congregational spring work day for outside landscaping, office machines, computers and researches and acquires the least expensive means to heat the church. |
